How we handle information

SIA Fylm Work (“Fylm Work”, “we”) is the controller of personal data processed through fylm.work. We are established in Latvia and apply the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

What we collect

If you email info@fylm.work, we process the address you send from, the message, and any files you attach, so we can reply and run the studio. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. Hosting logs (IP address, browser, time of request) may be processed by our hosting provider for security and delivery.

Why

Legitimate interests in operating a production and software studio, and steps toward a contract when you ask us to work. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deliver work and meet accounting and legal duties in Latvia, then delete or archive it.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to info@fylm.work. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija).
